5/52 Mindy and her Wings

There is no one that I know that loves

chicken wings more in this city, or country, or maybe just maybe even the world, then this chickadee right here.

Like literally, my friend Mindy here loves wings so much that she and her crew of finger lickin' friends all got this tattoo as a true testament of their hearts desire. How fun, right? I just love tattoos; best friend tattoos, artistic tattoos; I even like bad tattoos, for their awfulness, of course.  

I was very excited to have Mindy be my model for this weeks photoshoot. It wasn't just because of her tattoo though.  We were planning on having a wing off/wing party that weekend and friends were invited to come eat all of our wings and hot sauce.
(Thanks to Fuego Box, we will never run out of hot sauces)

One thing lead to another and well...

Truth be told, this mini photo shoot was part of my wing party plan. I have been realizing that while I am capable of candid photographs all in the moment and magical in that way, I much more prefer  to set up the shots, plan and prep and be organized in that magic making. It's my own magical touch, I guess. Yet another thing I have learned about myself in this 52 photo shoot challenge. ​

Of course we had to take some other shots because with that lighting,
and with that model, it was a no brainer~  Duh!!
